Our cleaning estimate for your home is based on the rooms you chose for your quote. If your cleaning requires any pet-treatment or you want to apply carpet protector to your carpets, there will be an additional amount to be determined at the time of cleaning. If you need furniture moved, there is a $15.00 minimum charge per room with the final price for moving furniture to be determined by the technician.
The job will be completed by a fully insured and certified cleaning technician and will include pre-treatment of the carpet to loosen any spots, and steam cleaning, done with a truck-mounted unit with water heated to a temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot water kills many types of bacteria on contact while a powerful vacuum sucks out dust, dander and other allergens hiding deep inside your carpets. We use absolutely no harsh shampoos or chemicals in the carpet cleaning process. Your cleaning will also come with a 5 day guaranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning or any spots return, just contact us with-in 5 days and we will return at no additional cost.
Also, keep in mind that United Carpet Cleaning Systems also performs a wide range of other services, including cleaning all hard surface floors and most repairs. We also offer 24 Hour Emergency services for Water – Smoke – Fire damage.
